YardScore (yardscore.net) is operated by Mongoose Athanor LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use YardScore and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, which we ask for before showing results, and your name and property address if you give them.
- Photos of your yard that you upload or that our local team takes with your permission.
- Your reports: the score, analysis and recommendations we produce.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as aggregate, cookieless page-performance statistics and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
How we use it
- To analyze your photos and produce your report. Photos are processed by an AI service provider under contract, solely to produce your analysis.
- To save reports to your account if you're a member, so you can see them on any device and track your score over time.
- To send the emails you'd expect: your sign-in links, receipts, and, for members, seasonal reminders. Every reminder email can be turned off.
- To follow up about a scan you started, if you gave us your email for it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it
Only the service providers we need to run YardScore: hosting, database storage, email delivery, payment processing and the AI analysis. Each handles your information only to provide that service to us. If you choose a Managed plan and approve a project, we share the details that project needs with the local provider you approve.
How long we keep it
We keep member reports and photos while your account is open so your history stays complete. If you only ran a preview, we keep your email and scan summary for follow-up until you ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to info@mongooseathanor.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
YardScore is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for members, let you know by email.
