These terms are an agreement between you and Mongoose Athanor LLC, a Montana limited liability company that operates YardScore ("we", "us"). By using YardScore you agree to them.
What YardScore is
YardScore analyzes photos of a property and produces a score, an assessment and a plan of suggested improvements. Reports are generated with the help of AI from the photos and details you provide.
Reports are guidance, not professional advice
A YardScore report is an informed starting point. It isn't an inspection, an arborist's, engineer's or contractor's assessment, or a guarantee of any result. Cost estimates are approximate and vary with local prices, materials and the work actually needed. Check anything important, such as tree safety, drainage near a foundation, or electrical and water work, with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Your account and photos
Only upload photos of property you own, live at or have permission to photograph. You keep ownership of your photos; you give us permission to use them to produce and store your reports. Keep your sign-in links private.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you buy. Annual plans renew each year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we'll make it right.
Local services
Our local team visits homes only where invited or welcome. On Managed plans, work done by an independent local provider is agreed between you and that provider; we coordinate it and keep the record, but the provider is responsible for their work.

Some product recommendations are affiliate links. We may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes what a report recommends.
Liability
YardScore is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
